Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Support the Construction Manager by helping build and maintain short?term schedules, ensuring weekly updates align with overall project timelines. Coordinate daily field activities, acting as the connection point between subcontractors, engineers, and project leadership to keep work aligned with project requirements and quality standards. Oversee on?site operations, ensuring safety compliance, resolving issues quickly, and keeping project progress on track. Assist with contract administration, owner communication, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Manage subcontractor performance, external resources, and field logistics to maintain schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Identify risks early, troubleshoot challenges, and support smooth project execution. Qualifications Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, commissioning, and field execution. 5+ years of experience in large commercial renovations or distributed energy / DER?type projects. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, codes, and technical project documents. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems in commercial or institutional facilities. Confident decision?maker with the ability to balance cost, schedule, and operational impacts. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. OSHA?30 (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast?moving, growth?oriented environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
