Full Job Description Overview:

The

RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

will support the Project Management Team across Southern California. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, values safety and quality, and enjoys mentoring crews while driving production and efficiency. You'll work closely with our Project Management team, foremen, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks proactively, and wants to grow with a company that values initiative and performance. What You'll Do Oversee residential/commercial roofing projects from start to finish across multiple job sites Lead, coach, and support Project Foremen and field crews Conduct daily jobsite visits and provide clear progress reports to leadership Ensure all safety standards are followed; participate in daily safety audits Train crews on best practices, quality standards, efficiency, and safety Monitor production goals, labor hours, and job costs Coordinate and manage materials, equipment, and deliveries to minimize downtime and waste Inspect workmanship to ensure quality and contract compliance Address performance issues, resolve field concerns, and support disciplinary actions when needed Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and safety Maintain a strong understanding of project scopes and contract requirements What We're Looking For Have strong computer/technology, telephone, and communications skills Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing over 100 lb. occasionally The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot or cold, windy, and rainy conditions Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands in a safe manner Clean driving record and must have a Valid State Driver's License Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay organized Be motivated to excel and achieve project goals Be a team player with strong interpersonal and resource management skills Experience & Qualifications 3+ years experience as a Superintendent (roofing or similar construction field) 5+ years hands-on roofing experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication.
