Job Description

Our client, a fast-paced production and manufacturing facility, is looking for an On-Site Coordinator to join their team in Redlands, CA . In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between employees, client management, and the staffing office overseeing daily workforce operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment on the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily start-of-shift meetings covering GMPs, safety guidelines, and workplace expectations for all employees including new starts Ensure all employees sign acknowledgment forms confirming review and understanding of company policies Add employees into the timekeeping system and train on proper clock-in and clock-out procedures Review and audit employee punches daily to ensure accuracy and timely payroll processing Maintain an accurate and up-to-date roster of scheduled employees, attendance, and shift assignments Conduct daily safety walkthroughs to identify and address potential hazards and ensure compliance Serve as the main point of contact for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and attendance issues promptly Ensure all employees are properly attached to active job orders to support accurate payroll and check processing Maintain solid headcount coverage to support client production needs and minimize attendance gaps Support employee retention by building positive relationships and promoting consistent attendance and engagement Partner with client supervisors and internal staffing teams on headcount, performance, and staffing needs Maintain professional communication and strong working relationships with both employees and client leadership
Requirements:
Prior experience in staffing, workforce coordination, or a supervisory role preferred Familiarity with GMP standards and workplace safety compliance is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage rosters, audits, and scheduling simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Proficient in basic timekeeping and workforce management systems Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently on-site
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift:
Night shift, 10-hour shifts starting at 4:00 PM or later
Availability:
Monday through Sunday (official schedule pending) Must be flexible with scheduling
