Full Job Description Job Post Summary Salary:

$150K-$170K DOE Construction Project Manager Job description: Duties & Responsibilities Manage Daily Construction Activities as the designated Project Manager at project jobsite in Landers, Ca. Report to Owner on all elements of Risk associated. Coordinate with Subcontractors & Superintendent to maintain project schedule and meet completion dates. Develop project schedules with Superintendent and develop monthly schedule updates. Manage meetings and correspondence with customers. Lead project team to ensure timely coordination of Submittals, RFI's and Plan revisions. Participate in value engineering alternative solutions. Monitor work for quality control & quality assurance and resolve issues in a timely manner. Site Progress Photo documentation. Run weekly progress meetings, review & resolve change order requests, assist with close-out. Experience & Qualifications Minimum (5) years field Construction experience working as a Project Manager Knowledgeable in Heavy Site/Civil Construction

AGTEK 4D

& Topcon Machine control a plus. Knowledge of Federal, State and Public Work requirements. Proficient in reading blueprints & understanding specifications and soils reports. Manage difficult customer situations, respond to customer needs, respond to scheduling to meet company commitments. Experience in Public works a plus. Experience working on various grading projects. Current First Aid/CPR

OSHA 10/OSHA 30

a plus. Self-Starter and able to work alone and meet JK Team schedules. Proficient with Microsoft office and other basic computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Project scheduling software Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others. Must pass pre-employment drug test & Background.
