Our business is built upon integrity, quality, loyalty and respect for our customers and employees. We are looking to expand our office support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other staff members as needed.
- Assist with coordination of homeowner selected options.
- Assist with maintaining field schedule through coordination with builder portals/customer service team.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with file management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Experience in construction field is a bonus.
