Take daily progress photos and upload documentation through CompanyCam. Track material usage and coordinate material purchases with the office. Maintain organized job sites and ensure proper storage of materials and equipment. Oversee company vehicle, tools, compressors, and equipment maintenance. Support field crews and help resolve day-to-day job site challenges. To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous construction field leadership experience as a Lead Man, Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar role. Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and drawings. Strong knowledge of construction practices, job site coordination, and crew management. Experience maintaining safe and organized job sites. Ability to communicate effectively with crews, supervisors, and project managers. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to field operations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
