We invite you to consider the opportunity to join our team as a Lead Man. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in the following areas: Organize daily work activities and ensure crews remain productive and on schedule. Coordinate field operations and communicate project progress to management. Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings. Monitor job site quality and ensure work meets company standards. Enforce safety procedures and maintain OSHA-compliant job sites. Conduct site inspections and proactively address safety concerns. Take daily progress photos and upload documentation through CompanyCam. Track material usage and coordinate material purchases with the office. Maintain organized job sites and ensure proper storage of materials and equipment. Oversee company vehicle, tools, compressors, and equipment maintenance. Support field crews and help resolve day-to-day job site challenges. To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous construction field leadership experience as a Lead Man, Foreman, Crew Leader, or similar role. Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and drawings. Strong knowledge of construction practices, job site coordination, and crew management. Experience maintaining safe and organized job sites. Ability to communicate effectively with crews, supervisors, and project managers. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to field operations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience using smartphones, construction documentation apps, and photo reporting tools. Working with American Building Development, you will receive: Competitive compensation based on experience.
