Our mission is to create dynamic, cutting-edge projects that enable our communities to thrive. We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent in San Diego. This role offers significant growth potential. The successful candidate will oversee and help manage all aspects of the assigned job site from demolition to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities, allowing them to deliver results.

Position Details:

Full-time - Minimum 8-hour shift, Monday to

Friday Hourly Rate:

$35.00 - $45.00

Availability:

Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Must Haves:

Coordinate safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, Outlook experience is a MUST Experience with onsite take-offs Inventory, material and equipment management Experience with QC Hands-on experience (framing, drywall, or MEPs) is highly desired Knowledge of construction practices with an emphasis on MEP's Solid experience working with company estimator to plan, execute labor, supplies, materials, and other ancillary costs for new construction/build-outs Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field Educate aesthetic and practical choices for build-outs Maintain a daily job site log Maintain strict build-out construction schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met Work with City Inspectors to ensure a timely flow of the project Work with Project Management to ensure quality and timely turnovers

Experience, Education, Knowledge:

High school diploma or GED Recent relevant experience working in multifamily new construction is highly desired Bachelor's Degree in building science, civil engineering, construction management, or construction science is a plus but not required Ability to plan, organize, and follow through on work Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations Observe all company procedures and safety rules Self-starter with a friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times Valid driver's license Ability to work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction About Our Company We specialize in the development of luxury apartments nationwide.
