Gas card Company car Free uniforms Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage tenant improvement projects from planning through execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Food Service, restaurants, and hospitality experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Responsibilities Develop and Manage project budgets/estimates, schedules and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications with superintendent. Prepare and present Project reports, updates, and status reviews to owner/superintendent/customer. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Mentor and guide project team members Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience managing tenant improvement projects in the commercial construction industry. Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore experience required) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codesSimilar remote jobs
