Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description Essel is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily on-site construction operations and coordinate subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor project schedules and budgets, and provide progress reports. Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain project standards. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Must have experience with Office Tenant Improvement Must have strong background in Microsoft projects and Procore. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
