KEY ACCOUNTABILITES

Site Coordination Prepare project setup list and execute Coordinate with project managers and owners regarding budget and schedule Coordination with site foreman/lead on tasks to be carried out Training of field crew in safety practices Coordinate Sub Contractor schedules Timely procure materials Ordering materials Site takeoffs Product/material research Provide site supervision and quality control Quality control for sub-contractors & in house labor Craftsmanship supervision and direction Inspections Scope understanding Layouts Create well-managed projects Request RFI's from Architects/Engineers/Owners Review RFI answers for feasibility Log RFI answers in an organized manner Schedule prioritization and optimization Site management of subs & facilitation Tracking change order labor Prepare change orders Update schedule on a weekly basis Manage punch list and final job close out Manage the project schedule Help with implementation of final project budget Maintain clean, safe, well-organized projects Job safety Security Job set-up / staging Client support Client on site communications Design team on site communications Neighbor relations 10 or more years of residential construction experience Drivers license with a clean DMV record.
