Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager Overview FaciliCorp is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial tenant improvement, workplace renovation, relocation, and facilities projects for corporate clients throughout Silicon Valley. This role represents the owner's perspective and requires expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, and construction execution within active corporate environments. The ideal candidate has experience managing workplace and corporate real estate projects from inception through closeout and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of construction projects from planning through occupancy and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders. Manage contracts, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and schedule performance. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to clients and leadership. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects from the owner/client perspective. Experience managing projects within occupied corporate office environments. Experience working within corporate facilities and/or corporate real estate environments. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet or similar project management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
