At Air Sharks , we maintain a rigorous star quality standard, and we are looking for a highly organized, sharp-shooting HVAC Install Channel Manager to bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and on-the-job execution. If you are a detail-oriented project management professional with a background in US Construction or HVAC, and you thrive in a dynamic role that splits time between the office and the field, we want you on our team. You will be the driving force ensuring our residential HVAC installation projects are executed safely, profitably, and on schedule. What You'll DoField Operations & Quality Control (60%)
Site Supervision:
Visit active residential job sites daily to audit installation progress, verify technical specifications, and keep crews operating efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct pre
  • and post-installation inspections to guarantee all work meets local building codes, EPA regulations, and Air Sharks' standards.
On-Site Problem Solving:
Serve as the first line of escalation for structural, mechanical, or logistical field issues, providing immediate, practical solutions.
Safety Enforcement:
Maintain a zero-incident safety culture by ensuring all field technicians utilize proper PPE and follow OSHA and company guidelines. Project Coordination & Office Logistics (40%)
Resource Scheduling:
Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling of installation crews, equipment deliveries, and staging materials to maximize capacity.
Job Costing & Budgeting:
Monitor material waste, labor hours, and equipment expenses per job to maintain target profit margins.
Permits & Inspections:
Oversee timely municipal permit acquisition and coordinate final inspections with local city/county officials.
Cross-Departmental Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact between Sales/Design, the warehouse, and the customer for a seamless handoff from sale to completion.
Team Leadership & Development Crew Communication:
Run regular production huddles to review safety topics, project pipelines, and performance metrics.
Performance Management:
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to installers, identifying skills gaps and coordinating technical or safety training.
Bilingual Support:
Utilize Spanish language skills to effectively direct, clarify instructions, and build rapport with diverse field crews. What You Bring to the
TeamExperience & Education Required:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Field Superintendent within the US Construction or HVAC industry.
Preferred:
Direct experience managing residential mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) trades.
Skills & Competencies Bilingual:
Professional or native fluency in Spanish is highly preferred to effectively lead field personnel.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with CRM/scheduling tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, FieldEdge), project management software, and basic office suites (Google Workspace/MS Office).
Logistical Mindset:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, schedules, and job sites simultaneously.
Communication Pro:
Strong interpersonal skills to navigate conversations ranging from technical field instructions to high-touch customer service resolutions. Physical & Licensing Requirements Must possess a valid US Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record (to operate the company vehicle). Ability to work in various weather conditions and comfortably navigate active residential construction environments (including ladders, attics, and crawlspaces).
