We are looking for a knowledgeable commercial grade Construction Superintendent to join our team! A superintendent will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Managed jobsites can range from several small jobs to a single large job.
Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications :
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Previous experience in cleanroom build preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented
Work Environment :
The superintendent will primarily spend their time on the job site. This will be a more traditional construction environment, with higher noise levels and frequent movement of people and equipment.
Physical Requirements :
Required to sit at a desk work station for long periods of time. Push, pull, lift, and carry at least 20 pounds. Frequently required to walk and stand. This position may involve frequent site visits which will require the ability to walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. May occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
