This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional construction management skills, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to coordinate complex schedules and teams. As the driving force behind on-site operations, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Your expertise in managing subcontractors, overseeing construction activities, and maintaining client satisfaction will be vital to our continued success in delivering extraordinary residential spaces. Duties Oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to optimize workflow and maintain high safety standards. Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or ProCore; monitor progress regularly to meet deadlines. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents thoroughly; ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and controlling expenditures to prevent overruns. Conduct quality control inspections to verify craftsmanship meets luxury standards; address issues promptly to uphold client expectations. Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, safety logs, change orders, and project schedules; communicate effectively with stakeholders. Enforce OSHA regulations and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols; conduct regular safety meetings and audits. Utilize construction site experience combined with heavy equipment knowledge (such as Ohmmeter use) for troubleshooting technical issues when necessary. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, designers, and team members to provide updates and resolve challenges swiftly. Skills Proven management experience supervising high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades efficiently. Deep familiarity with contracts management and negotiation strategies for subcontractor agreements. Skilled in quality control processes ensuring top-tier craftsmanship in luxury homes. Ability to read technical schematics and use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting when needed. Effective supervision skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards along with experience implementing comprehensive safety programs on-site.
