CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Commercial TI UC experience preferred - commutable to Beverly Hills A local General Contractor is confidentially seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for UC Geology Lab $1.2M Position Overview The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety compliance, and overall site execution. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities and field personnel Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and sequencing Maintain project schedule and daily progress tracking Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership teams Solve field issues quickly to avoid delays or cost impacts Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field REQUIRED or strongly preferred 5-15+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or luxury residential construction Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and trades coordination Proven ability to run complex, multi-trade job sites Strong leadership and communication skills APPLY NOW or send your updated resume and project list to brey.owen@gogpac.com All inquiries will remain strictly confidential.
