We specialize in high quality kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, room additions, ADUs, full home renovations, hardscape, landscape, pavers, concrete, complete backyard transformations, and outdoor living spaces. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through final completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and city officials. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple residential remodeling and construction projects from start to finish Coordinate all phases of construction including scheduling, subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and project milestones Conduct regular job site visits to monitor quality, safety, progress, and workmanship Communicate proactively with homeowners regarding schedules, progress updates, project expectations, and change orders Review architectural plans, engineering plans, structural drawings, specifications, and permit documents Coordinate permit applications, city inspections, plan check corrections, and project approvals Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure projects remain on track Work closely with office staff, designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Track project documentation, photos, daily logs, budgets, and schedules Identify potential issues before they become problems and implement effective solutions Represent the company professionally at all times Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of residential construction project management experience Experience managing kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, room additions, ADUs, and full home renovations Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, structural, and construction plans Experience working with building departments, permits, inspections, and plan check corrections Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with homeowners and trade partners Technology Requirements Gmail Google Calendar Google Drive WhatsApp Smartphone and mobile technology proficiency Ability to quickly learn company software and project management systems Additional Requirements Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites Authorized to work in the United States Fluent English, both written and verbal Ability to pass professional reference checks Ability to commute regularly to Santa Clara and project sites throughout the Bay Area Candidates residing within approximately 30 minutes of Santa Clara are strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications Spanish speaking preferred but not required Existing network of qualified residential subcontractors and vendors Experience working with design-build firms Experience serving high end residential clients Familiarity with Bay Area permitting processes and local jurisdictions Compensation & Growth Opportunities Monthly salary of $5,000 to $8,000 depending on experience and qualifications Paid semi-monthly Performance based advancement opportunities Long term career growth within a rapidly expanding company Opportunity to work on high quality residential remodeling and custom home projects Benefits At this time, the company does not provide employer sponsored health insurance, retirement plans, paid vacation, or other employee benefits unless otherwise specified in writing.
