Residential and commercial roof replacement Roof repairs Roof maintenance Emergency roofing services Roof inspections Attic insulation Exterior facade work Waterproofing Roof safety systems and accessories installation Position Overview CK Roofing Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Roofing Superintendent / Field Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and field operations throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Key Responsibilities Supervise multiple roofing installation and service crews Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections Plan and coordinate crew schedules and daily operations Establish and maintain safe job site conditions Communicate with customers daily regarding project progress Plan and successfully execute residential and commercial roofing projects Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing team for material orders Monitor job quality, production schedules, and project performance Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards QualificationsRequired Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing procedures and safety requirements Excellent communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Valid California driver's license with a good driving record Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in roofing or construction Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously Preferred Experience with the following roofing systems: Torch Down Roofing Shingle Roofing Tile Roofing TPO Roofing Systems EPDM Roofing Systems BUR (Built-Up Roofing) Foam Roofing Systems Metal Roofing Systems Acrylic Coating Systems Roof Coating and Restoration Systems Additional qualifications: Experience managing both residential and commercial roofing projects Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Why Work for CK Roofing Inc.?
