As a Job-Site Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they develop valuable job skills in diverse settings such as janitorial, landscaping, and retail environments. This full-time position offers a dynamic blend of hands-on vocational training and community-based skill building, all within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Provide individualized training and support to adults with disabilities at various job sites, ensuring progress toward vocational goals. Assist with coordinating transportation for individuals to and from job sites. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure contract requirements are met by maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Accurately complete and submit required documentation, including transportation logs, attendance records, and incident reports, within established deadlines. Support individuals in community activities and skill-building sessions as part of their daily schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid California Drivers License for at least 2 years. Basic computer and technology skills. Reliable transportation to and from work. Current state-required auto insurance. Flexible schedule to meet program needs. Patience, compassion, and the ability to serve as a positive role model for adults with disabilities. Successful completion of a background check as required by state regulations. Compensation The anticipated starting pay for this position is $23.50 per hour , depending on experience, plus benefits and perks.
