Job Description:
This company is actively seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to support company expansion. They are looking for a motivated professional with strong residential/commercial expertise and insurance claim knowledge to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to play a key role in building a strong restoration brand in the Orange County market. Requirements 2-3+ years of experience in construction project management Experience managing projects from start to finish (ground-up or TI preferred) Strong knowledge of daily production and job site operations Estimation experience is a plus Ability to manage projects averaging ~$50K in size Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Strong communication skills with clients, subs, and internal teams
Job Overview:
Oversee construction projects from initiation through completion Manage daily production, schedules, subcontractors, and budgets Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle Monitor job costs and profitability (gross margin focus) Maintain quality control and safety standards on all job sites Provide regular project updates and reporting
