Santee, CA Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Great Benefits Are you a seasoned HVAC Commercial Project Manager ready to take on exciting, large-scale projects with a top-tier team? We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to oversee commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

Manage and lead multiple HVAC commercial projects simultaneously Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and manpower Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements Prepare and review project documentation, change orders, and closeouts Maintain strong client relationships and drive project success ✅

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial settings Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and MEP coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) OSHA certification and PMP a plus
