Full Job Description Position Objective:
Responsible for the coordination of daily site activities including safety compliance, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and upholding quality standards. Your energetic leadership will drive project success, ensuring timelines are met within budget while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Tasks & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management in establishing production and quality control standards. Develop and implement budget and cost controls for each project. Develop production objectives and priorities as it relates to set budget and cost controls. Schedule and order the delivery of materials, rental equipment, and tools. Coordinate subcontractors and manage trade intersections. Manage field crew assignments and provide constructive feedback to improve production. Lead training sessions for all assigned field team members. Review and record field team timecards and submit to office staff each week. Participate in field employee evaluations and provide appropriate recommendations. Track project scope as it relates to original contract and/or signed change orders. Anticipate concerns and issues ahead of time and problem-solve accordingly. Keep notes on all project-related meetings and phone conversations. Maintain all project documentation and correspondence in job binders. Track inspection requirements and schedule appropriately. Complete required reports for all field activities, safety checklists, and daily logs. Conduct bi-weekly safety meetings and complete appropriate documentation. Perform journeyman carpenter duties during layout and punch-out, as needed. Maintain positive working relationships with consultants, architects, engineers, etc. Maintain positive and communicative relationships with clients Complete projects in a timely and budget-conscience manner. Required Skills & Experiences Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and collaboration Ability to understand architectural plans General knowledge of all phases of residential construction Ability to perform all functions of builder's mathematics Ability to use all hand and power tools Experienced journeyman skills Excellent Time Management skills Team management experiencePay:
