INSURANCE RESTORATION SERVICE COMPANY
seeking a full-time person with good construction skills, and good people skills. Must be detail-oriented with computer, Excel and some accounting experience. Paul Davis is currently looking for a Project Manager, in your area. At Paul Davis, we help homeowners put their lives together after a traumatic event. If you like helping others, are detailed oriented, can perform in stressful situations, have excellent communication skills, knowledge of construction management, and would enjoy the reward of working in a fast-paced environment, come join us. The Project Manager works with owners, operations manager and office staff, to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, completed on time, and within budget. There is never a dull moment. We are looking for individuals with a strong construction background. Planning the construction project. Creating a construction schedule. Balancing the budget. Assigning tasks to the various field staff, contractors and subcontractors. Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end. Working with vendors. Managing supplies. Participate in all administrative functions of the office Operate with a "start-up" mindset Is self-motivated • Likes working with people Is organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage time Thrives under high-stress situations Has excellent communication skills Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Is willing to work hard Qualifications Previous experience as a project manager, or similar position Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting systems Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
