Job Summary Eagle Construction is a stable and leading insurance restoration company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction management processes. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules. Schedule in house staff and subcontractors. Review written estimates and ensure if job can be completed within budget. Work with estimators to ensure changes are made when necessary. Oversee project estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting. Facilitate project coordination meetings to address any issues or changes in scope. Implement effective time management strategies to maximize productivity across teams. Skills Experience and knowledge of all phases of construction and residential repair and rebuild. Excellent communication skills with homeowners and insurance adjusters. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in project scheduling and coordination for both in house workers and subcontractors. Familiarity with construction estimating practices and contract management. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
