This position is responsible for preparing accurate HVAC estimates, managing projects from award through completion, coordinating field operations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC industry knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Prepare accurate HVAC estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial and/or residential projects Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations Coordinate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors Manage HVAC projects from startup through closeout Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines Prepare and manage change orders and project documentation Conduct job site visits and attend project meetings Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards Track project progress and resolve issues promptly Maintain strong customer and vendor relationships Qualifications Previous HVAC estimating and project management experience required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and mechanical plans Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Experience with estimating and project management software Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial HVAC projects Knowledge of Title 24 and local building codes

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
