We are looking for a full-time Wall Division Manager to join our team. This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position. Essential Functions Lead and manage the Wall Division, setting strategic goals, and overseeing day-to-day operations to achieve growth and profitability. Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue and market share for the Wall Division. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the division's customer base. Oversee project management, including project bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Build and manage relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring excellent customer service and project satisfaction. Monitor and analyze division performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing leadership and mentorship to division staff. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to wall systems and construction. Assist in the preparation and presentation of design proposals to potential clients and stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff, supporting their professional growth and development. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in wall design and construction. Knowledge, Skill, and Experience Minimum Education (or substitute experience required): Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field: Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus Minimum experience required: 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a management or leadership role within a wall division.
Skills required:
Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and teams. Proficiency in construction project management software and tools. Problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
