Compensation:
$115,000- $130,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldPMP, CCM, OSHA
30, or similar certifications Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Coordination Lead and coordinate internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure clear communication and alignment. Provide direction and support to construction managers, engineers, and on-site personnel. Deliver concise weekly project updates covering progress, risks, schedule impacts, and resolutions. Maintain a project issues log to track and resolve challenges efficiently. Planning, Execution & Risk Management Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, and work strategies aligned with project goals. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk planning. Manage subcontracted scopes, including scope development, pricing, contracting, and performance oversight. Partner with estimating teams to understand project assumptions and subcontracting strategies. On-Site Construction Management Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain visibility during critical phases. Develop lift plans, staging, material laydown, and logistics strategies as required. Cost, Schedule & Change Management Track project costs, commitments, forecasts, and actuals throughout the project lifecycle. Manage change orders, including documentation, pricing, schedule impacts, and approvals. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, updating weekly during construction. Procurement & Materials Manage procurement of major equipment and bulk materials. Proactively track long-lead items and coordinate with suppliers to mitigate delivery risks. Safety & Quality Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Ensure subcontractors meet safety and quality expectations. Perform quality control checks and resolve deficiencies promptly. Continuous Improvement Capture lessons learned and apply best practices to future projects. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and construction methodologies.
