Do you want to lead crews on some of Colorado's most challenging bridge and infrastructure projects? This is your opportunity. We are working with a well-established heavy civil contractor in Denver, CO that specializes in CDOT infrastructure bridge rehabilitation and new bridge construction. They are growing, they are busy, and they need a strong leader in the field now.
What You Will Be Doing:
Leading and managing field crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects Overseeing daily field operations including scheduling, production, and quality control Coordinating with project management and subcontractors to keep projects moving Enforcing safety standards and maintaining CDOT compliance on site Holding crews accountable and driving results in the field every day

What They Are Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy and highway construction Bridge construction experience is required Proven ability to run and manage field crews Must be able to speak and understand English (bilingual is a plus) Own tools and reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Must pass a pre-employment drug screen The bridges do not build themselves.
