Job Description Superintendent - Civil Infrastructure Our client is a Colorado-based heavy civil contractor specializing in municipal and public infrastructure projects across roadway, utilities, drainage, grading, and concrete construction. We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and civil infrastructure projects throughout Colorado. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, equipment, safety compliance, and project execution to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily field operations and project progress
  • Supervise crews, subcontractors, and equipment utilization
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
  • Maintain schedules, daily reports, and quality control
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
  • Resolve field issues efficiently and professionally
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications Qualifications
  • 4+ years of heavy civil or infrastructure construction supervision experience
  • Experience with utilities, roadway, drainage, grading, concrete, or underground projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Ability to work on-site and travel throughout Colorado
  • Valid driver's license required
