In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure that all work aligns with safety standards, project specifications, and schedules. Your expertise will drive project excellence, quality control, and efficient resource management, making a tangible impact on our construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment committed to safety, innovation, and excellence. Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate daily schedules with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow momentum. Oversee construction site safety programs, enforce OSHA regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections to promote a zero-incident environment. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution of work. Supervise field personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance on technical tasks such as blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control standards. Monitor project progress using construction management software like ProCore or Primavera P6; update schedules regularly to reflect current status. Conduct quality inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations. Manage site logistics including material deliveries, equipment usage like HeavyBid machinery, and pipeline or infrastructure installation activities. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and safety records for transparency and accountability. Collaborate with project estimators during budgeting phases; assist in reviewing contracts and scope of work to prevent scope creep or delays. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects on-site. Extensive knowledge of construction site safety protocols; OSHA certification required. Proficiency with construction management software such as Job Tread, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or Primavera; experience with MS Excel, Outlook and Word is a plus. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Strong leadership skills with proven supervising experience; excellent management of teams on active construction sites. Familiarity with contracts administration and the ability to enforce quality control standards effectively. Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing; experience working within pipeline or infrastructure projects preferred. Excellent communication skills to coordinate among diverse teams while maintaining safety standards and project timelines.
