Job Description

We are looking for a construction lead to join our team. This position will require daily managment of a 3-4 person crew building new homes. This position would be responsible for daily productivity of the crew, job site safety, jobsite cleanliness and be able to motivate and build great culture with your crew. We are looking for an individual that has experience operating equipment such as excavators and skidsteers, knowledge in reading construction floorplans, foundation plans, framing homes, forming footings and flat work, building decks, siding etc. Looking for an individual that takes pride in their work.
