• Utilities A well‑established heavy civil contractor in the Denver metro area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects.

This is a key role for a hands‑on leader who thrives managing crews, driving production, and delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment. Position Overview The Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day field operations on projects including transportation, water/wastewater systems, earthwork, and underground utilities . You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and to spec. Key Responsibilities Lead field operations on heavy civil construction projects from start through completion Supervise crews, foremen, and subcontractors across active job sites Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Oversee earthwork, grading, utilities installation, and structural components Monitor productivity, track progress, and adjust plans as needed Resolve field issues and maintain strong jobsite communication Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Required Experience 5-10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction as a Superintendent or Foreman Strong background with a mix of: Transportation / roadway / DOT projects Water & wastewater infrastructure Earthwork and mass grading Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm) Proven ability to manage crews and multiple scopes simultaneously Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means & methods Effective leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills What's Offered Competitive salary $130K
