Job Description Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations. Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction processes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors. Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a secure work environment for all personnel. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents accurately. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
