Job Description Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations. Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction processes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors. Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a secure work environment for all personnel.
