Job Description Key Responsibilities As the Lead Superintendent , reporting to the General Superintendent, you will oversee field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and mentor field teams including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and craft labor Manage all site activities, subcontractor coordination, and progress meetings Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Utilize Procore, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6 to manage documentation and critical path schedules Oversee all phases from site mobilization, shoring, and mass concrete work through podium structures, dry‑in, and final Certificate of Occupancy Implement QA/QC plans and ensure timely inspections Partner closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to maintain alignment and project momentum MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Successful Applicant For the Lead Superintendent , we are seeking: 8+ years in a supervisory role within commercial or multifamily ground‑up construction Proven leadership on at least two multifamily new‑build projects ($35M
