Job Description Lead the preconstruction process, including budget development, scheduling, and scope management. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Develop accurate cost estimates and value engineering options to meet project requirements. Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders regarding project plans and updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on market trends, construction costs, and innovative practices in the industry.
