The company is renowned for its expertise in the construction department and its commitment to delivering high-quality projects in the Denver Metro Area. Job Description Lead the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and requirements. Prepare detailed cost estimates and value engineering options for clients. Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and client expectations. Coordinate with design teams to ensure constructability and value optimization. Oversee bid processes, including solicitation, evaluation, and award recommendations. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members within the construction department. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager should have: Strong knowledge of preconstruction practices in the construction industry. Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost management tools. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. High degree of field experience Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Experience in the Denver construction market is a plus.
