Job Description Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are upheld. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to maintain project momentum. Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain team morale. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Houston.
