RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
(FIELD)
Compensation:
$70,000-$80,000 Base +
Quarterly Bonus Location:

Restoration / Construction A growing restoration and reconstruction company is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuild projects following water, fire, or mold losses. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for managing projects from scope through completion-ensuring quality execution, budget adherence, and a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and property managers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop scopes of work to restore properties to pre-loss condition
  • Hire, schedule, and manage subcontractors across trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Oversee project budgets, material procurement, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
  • Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide consistent project updates, including photos and progress reports
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Qualifications
  • 4+ years of construction project management or similar experience
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with subcontractors and managing field operations
  • Proficiency with construction-related software (mobile + desktop)
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliance
  • Restoration industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with DASH or similar software is a plus What You Can Expect
