State/Province CO Overview Join the Suncore Construction & Materials Team as a Construction Manager! Are you a natural leader with a passion for building excellence? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Manager (general superintendent) to oversee daily operations on our job sites. In this role, you'll coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality standards, and keep projects on track from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in construction management, we want to hear from you! Salary for this position will be $100k+ depending on experience. Things you will do: Monitor employee training and certification. Maintain division recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action. Communicate instructions and expectations to construction crews and foremen. Communicate project issues and concerns with project manager and the customer. Visit and inspect each job site daily. Organize, plan, schedule and delegate work, labor and equipment. Assist in all project cost control and measurement tools being used on the project. Review, understand, and adhere to all contracts. Maintain insurable driving record. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Bachelor of Science degree in construction management preferred. Experience in the field preferred.
