Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Installation Manager to lead and oversee installation projects across various sites. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and extensive residential construction site experience, and familiarity with basic concrete work. This job will also involve assisting in powder coating operations, packing and kitting operations, and various other labor-oriented duties as assigned by owners or managers. Duties Lead and coordinate installation teams to execute project plans efficiently, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Develop detailed project schedules Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate installation procedures Collaborate with project stakeholders to review scope of work, and specifications, ensuring all requirements are met Conduct remote inspections, quality standards, and progress; address issues promptly Manage installation kits, ensuring necessary hardware arrives on site. Facilitate effective communication among subcontractors, clients, and internal teams for smooth project coordination Some travel may be required to assist on various work sites across the U.S. Experience Proven experience in project management or as an installation supervisor within the residential construction industry Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction documentation Hands-on experience with civil 3D or similar civil engineering design software is preferred Familiarity with residential construction and estimating Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project coordination Prior experience working on construction projects involving residential installations is highly desirable Join us as an Installation Manager to lead innovative projects that shape the future of construction!
