As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with foremen, clients, subcontractors and vendors, and ensure that all phases of construction progress smoothly. Your expertise in construction management, safety protocols, and project scheduling will drive project success from groundbreaking to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Coordinate and supervise foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and overall work progress. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing estimates with estimating tools, and controlling expenses. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams. Read and interpret technical documents including specs, blueprints, and construction estimates to guide on-site activities effectively. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting safety meetings. Prepare progress reports, change orders, and other documentation necessary for project tracking and client updates. Skills Proven experience supervising construction sites with strong leadership skills in managing teams and subcontractors. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling (Primavera P6), budgeting, quality control, and safety protocols. Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with construction estimating processes. Strong understanding of contracts management and ability to interpret contractual obligations on-site. Hands-on experience with construction site safety procedures; OSHA certification preferred. Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
