Senior Director, Mission Critical Delivery

The Senior Director - Mission Critical Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for the successful execution of customer data center construction projects ranging from 1MW-10MW+ within our retail colocation platform. Reporting directly to the SVP of Construction, this role serves as the company's primary owner-side delivery leader for assigned customer projects, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer contractual commitments. This position does not own corporate strategy, design standards, or portfolio planning. The core responsibility is project execution. This leader will oversee the performance of general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal stakeholders while serving as the primary day-to-day interface for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent, technically credible, and comfortable holding contractors accountable in high-pressure environments.
