Job Description
The Senior Director - Mission Critical Infrastructure Delivery is responsible for the successful execution of customer data center construction projects ranging from 1MW-10MW+ within our retail colocation platform. Reporting directly to the SVP of Construction, this role serves as the company's primary owner-side delivery leader for assigned customer projects, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer contractual commitments. This position does not own corporate strategy, design standards, or portfolio planning. The core responsibility is project execution. This leader will oversee the performance of general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning agents, and internal stakeholders while serving as the primary day-to-day interface for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, persistent, technically credible, and comfortable holding contractors accountable in high-pressure environments. Lead delivery of customer data center buildouts ranging from 1MW-10MW+ , including: New deployments Capacity expansions Power upgrades Mechanical upgrades White space fit outs Customer-specific infrastructure installa2ons Own assigned projects from customer contract handoff through commissioning and Ensure all contractual milestones are Drive project execution against approved schedule, budget, and New deployments Capacity expansions Power upgrades Mechanical upgrades White space fit outs Customer-specific infrastructure installa2ons Serve as the owner's representative managing the general contractor and field execution Hold contractors accountable for: Schedule performance Budget adherence Labor productivity Material procurement Safety compliance Quality of installation Milestone execution Lead weekly contractor meetings, owner meetings, and progress Review manpower loading, construction sequencing, procurement status, and field productivity. Push contractors aggressively on recovery plans when milestones are at Escalate underperformance quickly and drive corrective action. Schedule performance Budget adherence Labor productivity Material procurement Safety compliance Quality of installation Milestone execution Review and manage contractor schedules using tools such as Primavera P6,

Critical path activities Utility milestones Equipment delivery dates Inspection and permiting milestones Commissioning dates Idendify schedule risks early and lead schedule recovery efforts. Provide weekly schedule updates to internal leadership and Critical path activities Utility milestones Equipment delivery dates Inspection and permiting milestones Commissioning dates Interface with 3 rd party Quantity Surveyor Track project budgets, commited costs, forecasted spend, and contingency Review contractors pay applications for accuracy and progress validation. Review and challenge change orders, claims, and scope Work with procurement, finance, and construction leadership to maintain cost Ensure projects are delivered within approved capital Serve as the primary delivery contact for customers during construction.
