Job Description
Golden Eagle Heating Cooling & Drain Cleaning is seeking an experienced New Construction HVAC Manager to lead residential and commercial HVAC installation projects throughout Eagle County and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong HVAC installation knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to lead crews while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism from start to finish. You will play a key role in coordinating projects, supporting field teams, maintaining customer relationships, and helping drive the continued growth of our company. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate and oversee residential and commercial HVAC installation projects from planning through completion Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to keep projects running efficiently and on time Work closely with builders, contractors, homeowners, suppliers, and field teams throughout each phase of the project Review plans, specifications, equipment selections, and project requirements Support installation crews by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining quality standards Monitor labor hours, production goals, and project budgets Conduct job walkthroughs and ensure projects meet company and code requirements Mentor and support team members while helping build a strong, growth-focused culture Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation or project management experience Strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems Proven leadership and organizational skills Ability to read plans, specifications, and project layouts Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Preferred Qualifications EPA Certification Journeyman License preferred Experience managing installation crews and project timelines Experience with bidding, material takeoffs, and estimating Strong customer service and relationship management skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Company vehicle provided Company phone/tablet Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Year-round work Supportive team environment About Us Golden Eagle Heating Cooling & Drain Cleaning is a growing company based in Gypsum, Colorado serving Eagle County and surrounding areas.
