Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical operations on commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all electrical field operations on commercial construction projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations. Manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades. Conduct inspections and quality control checks. Resolve issues and provide technical guidance to field teams. Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role. Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, and safety practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in project management software and tools.
