DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT JOB
You start your day reviewing appointments and prepping insights, then arrive on time with a smile, listen to the homeowner's goals, and walk the property to understand how the home's construction affects system choices; you run heat load calculations, gather meticulous measurements, and present clear options that lift comfort and air quality; you capture thorough CRM notes, follow up on open leads, and after installation you return to complete a postinstallation review to confirm quality; along the way, all paperwork-tickets, work orders, invoices, time cards-is accurate and prompt, and you aim to meet or exceed sales goals while following company policies and management direction.

THE TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL HVAC PROJECT MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of inhome selling to residential customers. Highly developed analytical thinking skills. Warm, friendly communication style with strong emotional intelligence. Excellent negotiating and influencing skills. Selfstarter mentality with urgency, ownership, and drive. Strong organization skills and detail orientation. Personal integrity and professionalism at all times. Availability for extended hours, evenings, and weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong verbal/written communication and the ability to connect with all personality types.
