Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. Utilize Procore for all project management functions. (i.e., RFIs, Submittals, Drawings, Daily Logs, Change Events/COs, Contracts, and Budget) to keep cost, schedule, and quality on track. Review and maintain submittals in Procore, ensuring they comply with specifications. Oversee project estimating, budgeting, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Maintain project schedules using software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Site visits are across southern Colorado and specifically in the Pueblo greater area. Skills Proficiency in construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6. Experience using construction management software such as Procore. Excellent project scheduling capabilities with a focus on timely delivery. Solid understanding of construction principles including blueprint reading and contract management. Effective project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant construction site experience that enhances practical knowledge of on-site operations. $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
