  • Full-time Project Coordinator needed for Steel Contractor doing structural and miscellaneous steel for industrial and commercial projects.
Positive culture with growing company doing challenging projects including work at Coors Field; University, Multifamily, Commercial, and industrial projects; and projects at companies like Lockheed and RTD. Fast-paced environment. This is NOT a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support Keep all Contract Drawings, Submittal Drawings, RFI's, and Change Orders current and organized in Tekla (ERP) Software system Initiate and track all submittals and RFI's for assigned projects Quickly and efficiently respond to customers as needed Help sequence and coordinate deliveries to jobsite by working with Field Manager and Shop Manager Help with Job Quality Control by reviewing submittal drawings before processed and sent to Customer for review Initiate and complete necessary paperwork needed for jobsite specific security, safety, and access
Key Skills:
Strong Computer Skills Highly organized with ability to communicate information in a clear precise manner Solid time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Natural and consistent focus on project safety Demonstrated ability to manage and balance multiple projects Adaptability to meet tight deadlines despite weather and project delays Experience with structural steel erection and welding Experience with large-scale commercial drawings and projects (Prefer 4 years experience) Knowledge of AISC and AWS Standards Please note that due to the nature of some of our jobs, it may be required that you pass strict security screens. Ability to pass a background check and drug test is important for this role.
