We are professional, hard-working, supportive and our goal is to hire a Project Superintendent to manage on-site implementation and customer relationships. We are looking for someone who likes a collaborative and tight-knit environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects on-site from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and data entry into Buildertrend software
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status and progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Bilingual is a plus
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction workers
