About You You are a proven leader who: Has a successful track record managing construction ground up and/or renovation, TI projects from start to finish. Excels in occupied environments (multifamily, senior living, retail, or hospitality), minimizing disruptions while maintaining professionalism. Brings expertise in scheduling, resource management, and on-site supervision . Thrives under pressure and makes sound, strategic decisions. Maintains high standards for safety, quality, and client communication . Strong expereince with CSI divisions. Leads with collaboration, integrity, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Project & Schedule Management Oversee all phases of construction to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet production goals. Maintain and update project schedules (Gantt charts, lookaheads) bi-weekly. Anticipate and mitigate potential delays with proactive contingency planning. Lead daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings with teams and PMs. Client & Stakeholder Communication Conduct regular client meetings and provide clear, professional progress updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners. Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. Onsite Supervision & Safety Ensure all work complies with company policies, safety regulations, and building codes. Lead weekly scheduling and safety meetings with project teams. Oversee and enforce quality control standards at every project stage. Administrative & Financial Oversight Manage documentation, including invoices, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports. Track and report on budgets, schedules, and project progress. Leadership & Team Development Mentor field teams, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular training and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Your First 90 Days First 30
Days:
Get fully acquainted with current projects, team culture, and company systems. Build relationships with project stakeholders. Review schedules, budgets, and deliverables; participate in weekly production meetings. First 60
Days:
Take ownership of on-site supervision and project updates. Begin implementing process improvements to enhance site efficiency. Integrate fully into the Kapella training program and competency models. First 90
Days:
Demonstrate improved team coordination and project efficiency. Deliver consistent results in schedule adherence, client satisfaction, and project safety. Complete a 90-day review to establish long-term goals and growth milestones. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar leadership role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling software . Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and digital documentation systems.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$100
  • 130,000 annually
