In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction, making a tangible impact on our community and business growth. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to maintain high safety standards and adherence to project specifications. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays early. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents thoroughly to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Oversee budgeting processes, including cost estimating with HeavyBid or equivalent tools, change order management, and ensuring projects stay within financial targets. Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety protocols through regular site inspections, safety meetings, and incident investigations. Coordinate with project managers on contracts, procurement, and scheduling updates to streamline workflows across the pipeline of ongoing projects. Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and other testing equipment to verify electrical systems and other critical components meet standards. Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to communicate progress, resolve issues, and align expectations. Skills Extensive experience in construction management with a proven track record supervising commercial construction sites. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading skills for accurate project planning. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms for scheduling and documentation. Familiarity with contracts administration including review, negotiation, and enforcement of contractual obligations. Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or HeavyBid for effective timeline management. Deep understanding of OSHA safety standards coupled with the ability to enforce safety protocols consistently across the site. Excellent management skills with demonstrated success supervising teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters for quality assurance purposes. Strong communication skills for clear documentation, reporting, and client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
