- Mechanical/Piping WPO (Work Package Owner) in Carolina, PR who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should.

Here's what you'll need Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree At least +5 years of construction site experience preferred Experience with hygienic and non-hygienic piping preferred Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution. Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required. Ability to review and assist with Mechanical, Equipment & Piping (M/E/P) scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase Experience with managing project or scope package budgets Experience with the management of a project schedule. Ideally, you'll also have: Pharma experience Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning Excellent communications skill Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, 3D Model, and Bluebeam Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers Attend constructability reviews Lead client and construction meetings. Coordinate construction activities on the site Safety leader (JHA's revision / daily signed off permits) Quality in construction Participate on Turn over process including TOP's, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
